• QUOTATIONS: All quotes are subject to price and material availability at the time the order is actually placed. All products are manufactured using the dimensional specifications in the IFI (ASME) and DIN fastener standards, unless otherwise specified on the quotation.   • SHIPPING TOLERANCES: The industry standard is +/- 10%. AFSCO is working to keep shipping tolerances within 5% of order quantities. If you must have exact quantities, please notate that requirement when you request a quote.   • SHIPPING: all orders are shipped F.O.B. origin. Title to the goods sold hereunder shall pass to you when you pay all amounts due to AFSCO in full. Risk of loss and/or damage to the goods shall pass to you when the goods leave the origin point for delivery to you. Any discrepancies with a shipment MUST be made within 3 days of delivery.   • CHANGES OR CANCELLATION: Specialty manufactured parts will have a 100% cancellation fee if they are in production or if the material has been purchased.   • RETURN OF GOODS: Pre-authorization, by the issuance of a Return authorization number, is required prior to returning any parts to AFSCO. Your account will be credited, less any restocking charge that may apply, AFTER we receive the parts.   • QUALITY ISSUES: If for any reason parts do not meet ASME, IFI, print supplied specs, AFSCO will fix at no charge to customer. All items rejected MUST be returned to AFSCO for our own quality verification. AFSCO MUST have first opportunity to correct parts in question.   • MINIMUM ORDER: total order minimum is $50.00.   • PAYMENT TERMS: NET 30 DAYS.   • CREDIT LIMIT: OPEN, CAN BE CHANGED AT ANY TIME   • LATE FEE: 1% on balance per day, no cap. AFSCO reserves the right to turn delinquent accounts over to a collections agency. Any additional costs associated in collecting these accounts will be the responsibility of the delinquent party.   • INSOLVENCY AND BANKRUPTCY: If you become insolvent or make a general assignment of the benefit of creditors, or file or have filed against it in a petition in bankruptcy or for reorganization, or business any other remedy under any law relating to the relief of debtors, or in the event a receiver be appointed for your property or business.
